I M P O R T A N T ! In Treedb32 create a new db file. The file name MUST start with x. Eg xproducts_new. When a new treedb file is first created the first user created must be 'administrator' any additional users are normal users. The administrator user is the only one which has access to the user management page. In the user management section of Treedb for your database create another user called MES and set the password to MisTProGExeC (case sensitive!). MES.EXE will then be able to 'log in' to the database and process it. It is not possible to mix cccdb and treedb files for reasons of sorting. The treedb files will always override cccdb ones. This is done at the 'manufacturer' level. Eg:- username: administrator password: ourcoolers ___________________________________________ 'Type' keys MES_COOLER=1; MES_CONDENSER=2; MES_CONDUNIT=3; MES_COMPRESSOR=4; MES_PACKAGED=5; MES_SPLITSYS=6; MES_CHILLUNIT=7; MES_VALVE=8; ___________________________________________ 'Float' keys which can be set against a product only..... Min Ambient Max Ambient Default Ambient Min Condtemp Max Condtemp Default Condtemp Room Lower Trap Room Upper Trap The 'condtemp' ones only work if the 'ambient' ones are not set. These are set at the product level, but will scan upwards in the tree until it find a match... Lower Duty Limit Upper Duty Limit At the model level... RoomTmpL RoomTmpH At the refrigerant level (these override the master refrigerant table which is elsewhere in the database)... Factor Override Min Temp Override Max Temp Override Also at the refrigerant level are the overrides for the selection window (80%/150% etc etc) Lower Percentage Upper Percentage And of course we have the fancy 2D interpolation system so you don't have to have high/med/low tables... you just enter the data as seen in the manuals.. you can also have data against room temp instead of evap/cond temp?? with the flick of a flag. The correction factor tables can be 'nested' at different levels as well, with the program picking the closest table to the model. Also a flag to invert the correction factors automatically. ___________________________________________ Treedb's Pre-defined Fields Length Width Height Flags Nominal ListPrice Price Order_Code Order Flags DefrostOp Hertz Fin_spacin Cop Current Fans FanType FanWatts RoomTmpL RoomTmpH DBA DBAMEASU DBACutODif PicIndex PicLevels ___________________________________________ Treedb to cccdbe Field equivalents and Grid Headers Titles Full Description DB Desc Grid Header 1 1 Quantity *1 Qty 2 2 Model Name *0 Model 3 3 Duty *2 Duty 4 4 Percent *3 % 5 6 dB(A) at set distance *5 dB(A) at set M 6 7 Set distance *6 set dist M 7 100 Price PRICE Price 8 101 Order Code ORDER_CODE Code 9 102 Length CND_LENGTH Length 10 103 Width CND_WIDTH Width 11 104 Height CND_HEIGHT Height 12 105 Weight CND_WEIGHT Weight 13 106 Unit Cooler Quantity COL_QTY Cooler Qty 14 107 Length COL_LENGTH Length 15 108 Width COL_WIDTH Width 16 109 Height COL_HEIGHT Height 17 110 Weight COL_WEIGHT Weight 18 111 Electrical Current CURRENT Current 19 112 Suction Diameter COL_SUCT Suction 20 113 Liquid Diameter COL_LIQ Liquid 21 114 Refrigerant Charge COL_REF_CH Ref Charge 22 115 Fin Spacing COL_FIN_SP Fin spacing 23 116 Fan Watts each COL_FAN_W Fan Watts ea 24 117 No of Fans COL_FAN_QT Fans Qty 25 118 Air Volume COL_FAN_AV Air Vol 26 119 Fan L.R.A. each COL_LRA 27 120 Fan M.R.A. each COL_MRA 28 121 Air Throw COL_AIRTHR Air Throw 29 122 Air Volume CND_FAN_AV Air Vol 30 123 No of Fans CND_FAN_QT Fans Qty 31 124 Fan Watts each CND_FAN_W Fan Watts ea 32 125 Fin Spacing CND_FIN_SP Fin Spacing 33 126 Fan L.R.A. each CND_LRA 34 127 Fan M.R.A. each CND_MRA 35 128 Suction Diameter CND_SUCT Suction 36 129 Liquid Diameter CND_LIQ Liquid 37 130 L.R.A.
