Mistral offers the software in good faith, it has been developed with care over a number of years and has been well proven either as a stand alone program or as part of other Mistral developed software suites in a minimum of 50,000 computer installations around the world. Mistral cannot and will not however accept any liability for any consequential damages that are claimed to have resulted directly or indirectly from using the program.

The program interface operates ostensibly using the English language only, however, as a result of Mistral's strict policy of good programming practice and with much reliance upon meaningful icons and multiple selection choice menus, most users with common sense combined with basic computer skills have no difficulty in using the program, regardless of their native language.
