It does not apply to programs downloaded from this website and which each have separate procedures. Customers should find their *Mistral passwords on documentation supplied with the CD-ROM. If this has been lost simply complete the Feedback form as fully as possible to help with identification, using the comments box to add any details you think relevant such as date of purchase or invoice numbers. A member of Mistral's team will endeavour to reply within the same working day or immediately upon the start of the next working day.

Upon confirmation of your licence details against our database, your CD-ROM Registration Code will be sent to you by Email, generally within 12 hours. Click the Submit button at bottom of this page to send the data.
