Please read the Licence Agreement carefully before accepting. Your rights and Mistral's legal obligations and the limits to those obligations are explained. If you do not agree with them then do not continue with the installation.
The Licence Agreement was drawn up in the European Union and complies fully with legislation prevailing in the European Union. Your rights in other sovereign states may be different and in which case they will be less comprehensive. Mistral cannot, does not and will not accept any legal obligation that exceeds those declared in the Licence Agreement. If you do not accept this to be the case then do not install Mistral's intellectual property. You have been warned!
