Installation problems?spacer_transparent.gifThen please "Don't shoot the messenger"!

From Afghanistan to Zimbabwe and allowing for disputed territories at the last count there were around 200 countries in the world. Mistral supplies seventy percent of these. Representing home to ninety four percent of the world's population. Most countries use their own unique national PC Operating Systems. Many of these contain different, unique, non-universally compatible, fundamental features. A simple example being the humble decimal point deliminator. Instead of ‘periods’ (full stops) some countries employ the comma for this purpose. Causing large computer code development problems for programmers. Requiring more complex solutions than even the alphabetical, word and grammar differences between the written languages themselves!

Since the arrival of the PC, at time of writing, there have been an estimated more than 7,500 ‘differs’ of possible permutations of PC platform and processor, regional Operating System, keyboard type, monitor type and resolution, plus various other fundamentally different critical features.

Over more than 38 years Mistral Associates has supplied every one of the more than 700 programs the company has developed along with their constantly evolving new ‘builds’ to over quarter of a million individual users across 140 of the total of 200 world sovereign states. Many, many times.

Thus far Mistral Associates has:-

1) Never failed to get a LICENCED program installation working.

2) When facing a challenge to redress an apparent installation failure ever discovered that installation failure to be attributable to any fault other than at the location of the person attempting to install.

3) Discovered that in virtually all cases of installation failure the cause was not found to result from any lack of understanding of the simple instructions supplied but either through ignoring them (failing to read the instructions!) or even a determined effort to try and circumvent them altogether!

We therefore feel justified in anticipating the solution to any installation problems that you might experience will not significantly alter this pattern.

So. To wind this monologue up:-

"If all else fails, have you considered reading the instructions?!"
