Access Registration Code Generation
français
Mistral authorised access codes are generated locally, that is at the installer's end, and not by Mistral. This process occurs following collection of critical data from the target PC for installation. Such as computer platform, Operating System version, spoken language, geographic location, keyboard type, decimal point deliminator type, monitor settings etc. No personal information is seen or collected and the process is totally, digitally automated.
In the rare event (very rare, fewer than 0.1%) of installation failure the anomaly causing it is invariably an irregularity at the installer's end. Such as incompatible PC, contradictory or fallacious download request form data, or illegal duplication of Access Codes.
All Mistral Expert System software installations 'handshake', that is communicate, key data back to Mistral's Server Log. Again, no personal data is seen, collected or stored. The Server Log process is though essential for ensuring legitimate, licenced use only of Mistral's intellectual property, along with data the property of 'White label' contributors. Eg., Commercially sensitive data.
All Expert System software is both developed and constantly maintained under strict, legally binding, licensing mandates. Thus ensuring Copyright ownerships are respected, Royalties and Licence fees collected and distributed where applicable and finally, Commission payments are correctly distributed where due. There can also be legal and tax implications applying in many regions of the world.
Mistral's commitment:
Bringing benefits of computerisation to our RAC industry - without the commonly associated problems.
