*Do not make repeated requests for replacement access codes within a 24 hour period as this will inevitably lead to further delays. Whilst part of the code generation process is instigated digitally final confirmation of entitlement is conducted manually. Depending upon staff workload, along with international time zone differences and also email routing issues over which Mistral obviously has no control, the complete process can take a few minutes (usually) to as long as 24 hours. Please therefore be patient!
Mistral Associates will always consider claims of lost Access Registration Codes sympathetically. However Mistral Associates reserves its right to refuse requests for free of charge replacement of program Access Registration Codes and to do so without providing any reason. In this event the right is also reserved to not enter into any further correspondence on the matter.
