Error Code #921

Error #921 Seen when trying to install means:-

Some Mistral program compendium are subject to stricter limits upon 'Use by' for application of Access Registration Codes. In these cases Codes must be used to register a program installation within 12 hours of it being received.

Downloaders may of course revisit the download request procedure and attempt to gain a new Access Registration Code. Providing the Access Licence quota has not been exceeded then this request will be met with automatic generation of a new Acces Registration Code, and which will also 'time expire' if not applied within 12 hours.

A clear warning explaining this security procedure is shown on all download request forms or Access Registration Code advice messages where 'use by' time limits are applied.
