Mistral's RAC Equipment selection program is astonishingly easy to use. Also very quick. Although comprehensive colour, illustrated manuals and dynamically linked and focused Help Pages are supplied as a courtesy these are barely necessary, as the software has been known for decades for its 'intuitive' user friendliness.

The database editor, as part of the package does however assume that users will already have achieved some level of competence when it comes to software development. This is an extremely powerful tool but perhaps not for the faint hearted! It is supplied unsupported by other than nominal Help page support and without any obligation by Mistral Associates to supply tuition free of charge. Make no mistake. Entering data requires absolute 100% accuracy and an enormous amount of time to get it right. There are no short cuts. No matter what so called 'experts' or 'friends of friends' might try to tell you!
