I am sorry. Really. I've apologised. Profusely.
Our community nurse said she would be at my house at 8:00am to collect my sample.
Last time I gave one I got an ear bashing from my doctor because, as she put it "The laboratory couldn't find any urine in your whisky sample."
So I thought it best to fill a container in the evening and before I'd had my customary nightcap (or four) and transfer it to the sample botitle when the nurse arrived in the morning. I put it in the fridge.
It wasn't my fault my dear wife mistook it for apple juice.
