No! We are not being flippant, or disparaging. Certainly not!

Although serving practically all the world's major RAC contracting organisations over the past four decades, by sheer volume in account numbers, 'One man, a boy, and a dog' comprises the greater majority of Mistral's highly valued clients. Mistral supports the backbone of our industry and is very proud of that fact.

Without 'One man, a boy, and a dog' Mistral would likely not have survived as a viable concern. Without Mistral it is also highly unlikely in today's highly competitive industry that many 'One man, a boy, and a dog' concerns could have survived the pace either.

Mistral's charges are the absolute minimum the organisation can afford in order to recover the eye watering costs of developing and constantly maintaining highly sophisticated, certified, Expert System Software.

Mistral depends too of course upon income from major RAC contractors, equipment manufacturers, their distributors and wholesalers, universities and other educational establishment, and government bodies. Without them too, as consistently loyal customers over the decades, again Mistral could not have survived.

Do you think it moral that a company employing often over 200,000 staff, right across the entire planet, but with only three Mistral software users, or a national government, should only contribute the same annual fee as a company with 'One man, a boy, and a dog'?!
