Friendly advice. Please do not use the expression "We have an issue with...." when contacting Mistral.

Mistral's highly qualified and dedicated team of professionals are all here to help you and work incredibly hard and for astonishingly long hours doing so. However Mistral regards the expression rude and highly offensive.

It is highly offensive! We consider it confrontational. Aggressive even, and unlikely to be met sympathetically.

If you require help or advice and have actually read the instructions or any of the more than three and a half thousand, clearly indexed, categorized, illustrated and childishly simple to 'drill down' Help pages on this website; all of which are also included in every program release, or Q & A, then please simply say so.
