But there are alternatives. First of all though we explain why Mistral does not create Demo versions of its Expert System Software products. Quite simply because creating and constantly updating Demo software, as with fully functioning versions, takes time and which costs money. And someone has to meet those costs. The only available possible source being Mistral's existing, loyal customer base, and that hardly seems fair. So what are the alternatives?

1) Mistral grants free of charge access to real, fully functioning and complete versions, NOT a Demo, for 24 hours. More than ample time for serious prospects to satisfy themselves that Mistral's products do what Mistral says they do. Click here for more information.

2) Mistral grants 30 day access, for unlimited users, to exactly the same product as described in 1) above, at a very modest fee charge, less than what most firms charge for just one hour of work, by purchasing a short term fully operational trial. Even this will be refunded if you convert to a full licence within the trial period.

Mistral has no interest in helping organisations* win often substantial contract orders with the benefit of Mistral software but never offering to pay for it. Nor do Mistral wish to aid the scum of plagiarists, 'backwards engineers' and other similar parasitic free-loaders. Mistral does not offer 'Demos'.

To use an apt but now hackneyed expression - Mistral does not need to!

It has done so for the past 40 years and naturally it is fully guaranteed to perform as stated.

Finally, although rare amongst computer programs this is nonetheless a fact. No one has ever claimed to not understand how to use Mistral software. Even people with little or even no knowledge of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning technology and who are operating a computer for the very first time!

*As indeed nor do their competitors, Mistral's large, loyal, world-wide and enormously appreciated customer base, who benefit from use of Mistral's world class products and for which they have paid for the privilege.

"That is all very well but my boss demands that we try your software first."

In which case your boss should not have any difficulty accepting that the organisation they manage pays for the privilege. Fully operational 'Trial' versions are available for a small charge. These are not so called 'Demos' but identical to the full access licensed versions. They can be used to help you and your organisation win real contracts from which you and your organisation will clearly gain.

Mistral has operational costs to meet too. Just the same as your organisation. Most probably even much higher. Mistral are not in the business of subsidising people that do not wish to meet their fair share of the costs which are incurred for their benefit.

Finally, if your boss agrees that the programs are the best they have ever seen and confirms an order within 10 days of purchasing the licence for the trial version then this will be credited in full against the purchase price of the licence for the full version. This applies to both 'Lifetime' licences and also to 'Corporate' licences.

Your boss has two choices:-

The organisation they claim to manage either pays or it goes without. No one is forcing them to pay!
